Recently, new Inno Setup version came out, and so, InnoUnp was also updated. It will take me some more time to finish next InnoEx release, so I thought that it would be good to do some small – and a little “unofficial” – update.

-InnoUnp v0.45 (fast detecting encrypted files, plus some small tweaks to increase general performance)
-Updated ROPS disassembler (last commit on GitHub)
-Fixed small bug with double error message, on some unsupported (ISX) Inno installers

Well, I know it’s not much, but I hope that next InnoEx version will be released soon (ETA 2-4 weeks).

Some info

I know it’s been a long time since last InnoEx release and… I want to apologize for that.  I had too much things on my head, also some problems with my health complicated this even more. But, leaving that aside… InnoEx v0.9 is practically finished (some small things left to do) and will be released pretty soon.

InnoEx is a small and simple GUI for InnoUnp to view and extract resources from Inno Setup installers.

  • Fast with big setups, with many files
  • Easy to use
  • Ability to view/dump registry and ini section
  • Pascal script disassembler (optional)
  • Ability to extract files according to chosen language (include/exclude/rename files)
  • Drag and drop (both ways)
  • Shell extension (optional)
  • No crapware included
  • Portable

I’m looking for someone who could help me improve English localization for this program. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
